Sandra Smith specialises in Reflexology and became a Member of the Association of Reflexologists in 1996. Originally taught in the Light Touch technique, she is continually expanding her knowledge of different forms of Reflexology and related therapies by regularly attending courses and workshops and has had the pleasure of being instructed by many of the world's leading Reflexologists.

Using this knowledge, Sandra has developed her own unique effective combination of Foot Reflexology. Each treatment will be tailored to meet the individual's needs.

Sandra has also taught Introduction to Reflexology classes with Adult Education for a number of years. She trained in "Touch for Health" and "Optimum Health Balancing" - forms of Kinesiology which gave her invaluable knowledge when training in the Meridian-based Reflexology courses such as Chi and Facial Reflexology..
